Talk to the people at Southern Skies books they think the English one you have is the true first edition, the American one would have been worth 2.00. I have an American sixth printing from 1939, with the map inside the cover and that's how much it was so prices shouldn't have gone up too much. Does your edition have the map of Jim's trapline on the inside cover of the book? Please reply. I have a English edition that is supposed to be a first but it doesn't have the map inside. I'm trying to get Southern Skies to put out both dust jackets as they are "the only show in town" that are re-printing Meader books and they happen to be hard core collectors and should understand. Just think, history preserved for future Meader lovers with both jackets so please everyone who reads this - e-mail Southern Skies and ask them nicely for both jackets, thanks Scott
