Thanks for your reply! I am heartened by your response. This edition is not an e-library copy and we paid 125 dollars for it mainly because it is a first edition and it is in really good shape. Of course the real value of the book is in the writing and in the story. Jim will save this read for a quiet cold winter day by the fire. He can relive the story as he remembers it from his boyhood. This book does not have the map on the inside and the pictures are true illustrations as they are scattered throughout the book. It would be good if both jackets could be reproduced. I will write and ask. The banner on their home(southernskies.com) page has the jacket in blue and black, not the red and black edition of Trap lines North. Thanks again for your response and thanks for a great web site! Polly(and Jim)
