I have become fascinated by this great book and by such a wonderful author. I am a retired literature teacher of middle school students. It has been great fun for me to re read some of my boyhood favorites, however Traplines is a first read for me, and I am very much enjoying it. The Vanderbeck family is an inspiration to all. I hope Southern Skies continues to publish all of the Meader books, because children would benefit from reading these beloved stories. JB
