I just found this great web site celebrating my favorite childhood book. I grew up along the North Shore of Lake Superior in the 50's - early 60's and even had a trap line for awhile. After growing up and moving west for an education, marriage, etc, I finally returned to my Minnesota home town for a visit. Stopping in our little library, I showed my children the very same Trap-Lines North book that I had read and reread many times over 40 years ago. The librarian, hearing my story sold me the book and it now sits on my shelf. I can't wait to share it with my grand children. Jerry
